Branding for India’s Creative Youth
25 under 25 is one of India’s biggest youth-centric properties and we were stoked to work on its branding, design and UI/UX. Staying away from the regular “college aesthetic” of bright colours and quirky illustrations, we opted for a mature and sophisticated approach to the project. The hand-drawn illustrations are similar to those in NCERT textbooks as children. Paired with the organic splashes of colour, it made the event branding look elegant yet youthful.
Carrying Forward the Visual Language
This visual language also inspired the way the UI of the mobile-friendly website was designed. With colourful splashes, black and white imagery and textbook style illustrations, the website proved that the branding stood apart from other events in the same sector. These splashes were further animated for video and extended to event collateral.
With over 100 finalists at the summit and world-renowned mentors, the event’s branding played a huge role in attracting the creme-de-la-creme of student achievers by focusing on creating an aspirational yet relatable communication.
